In the ribbon-tab provided on the top of the website, navigate to "create an account". On the following page, input your data in the required fields. After you have finished, you should receive a confirmation email on the email you provided which, upon opening, will confirm your email and register you to the UFA Marketplace.
To access your account, click on the dropdown arrow in the ribbon-tab and select "My account".
From “My Account” page, navigate to the “Account Information” section and look for “Contact Information” tab that will allow you to make the available changes in your contact information.
From “Contact Information” tab, select “Change Password” to reset your password.
From “Contact Information” tab, select “Edit” to proceed onto the following page where you can change your email address.
If you wish to cancel an order you can do so by contacting the seller before your order has been dispatched. Note that you should have a valid reason as to why you wish to cancel your order. Please read our “Terms & Conditions” for further information regarding this.
To add a product to your cart, select a product whether its from E-Liquids or Kits & Mods or whichever product you wish to buy and select “Add To Cart” to add that product to your cart.
To pay for the products you have added into your shopping cart, simply open your shopping cart and from the “Summary” tab, select “Proceed To Checkout” to proceed and pay for your products.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, go into your shopping cart and select “x” from the bottom right corner of each product to remove the product.
To return a product(s), whether it is faulty, or you just changed your mind, contact the seller as they are responsible for this. Please refer to our “Return & Refunds” page to see the conditions required to proceed with returns/refunds.
You get a refund only and after the items you have returned have been received by the seller upon which the seller will initiate your refund process. Be advised that your refund can take between 7-14 working days to arrive into your account.
If your order is incomplete or missing items, we encourage you to firstly get in contact with your seller. Note that the UFA Marketplace is not responsible for anything regarding the dispatch of your order or its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 working days, you are advised to contact your seller and ensure the delivery was dispatched to the correct address or see to any issues the seller may have faced which may have delayed your order.
In case of any dispute between the buyer and the seller, the UFA Marketplace offers mediation services.
You can pay for your items at checkout via Bank Transfer.
If you wish to change your shipping address at checkout you can do so by re-entering the information in the “Shipping” phase of the procedure to your checkout.
Initially, once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will be sent an email that includes your shipping information along with your carrier name and tracking ID which you can use to track the location of your order.
To view your order history, go to your “My Account” page and from the left menu select “My Orders”.
From “My Account” page, navigate to the bottom of the page and select “Advanced Search” for an in-depth search result for a product or brand.

From the homepage of the UFA Marketplace, navigate to the ribbon-tab at the top of the page and select "Sell". On the following page, input all the required data in "Sign-in Information" and "Additional Information" sections. Once complete your request will be sent to our account manager who will approve your request which will complete your sign-up process as a seller.
From the homepage select "Vendor Dashboard" from the ribbon-tab at the top of the page. Enter your credentials, and you will be directed towards the Marketplace Dashboard. At the top right of the screen tap on your business name from which you can select "Account Settings" to access your account settings and the buyer dashboard as well as log out at your convenience.
From the Marketplace Dashboard, select "Dashboard" from the left menu and view the "Order(s)" section to see how many orders are pending, how many have been processed and how many have been completed.
From the Marketplace Dashboard, select "Dashboard" from the left menu and view the "Product(s)" section to see your top-selling products among the other products.
From the Marketplace Dashboard, select "Dashboard" from the left menu and view the "Customer(s)" section to keep track of your customer count for the current month or the previous month.
From the Marketplace Dashboard, select "Dashboard" from the left menu and view the "Lifetime Sales" to see the total sales your business has generated from the very first day.
From the Marketplace Dashboard menu, select "Orders" to get a detailed analysis of your orders.
From the Marketplace Dashboard menu, select "Products" which will open your "Products" menu. From there you can select "Add Products", "My Products List" or "Configurable Attributes".
