All sellers registered on the UFA Marketplace agree with our returns policy, this means they are fully responsible for returns and refunds of the products they are selling; giving you confidence and peace of mind when using the UFA Marketplace.
If you’d like to start the returns process due to a fault or maybe you simply changed your mind, ensure to contact the seller as they are responsible for this process. The below conditions apply:
Items can only be returned with the seller’s approval
Returns should be made using the original and undamaged packaging
The buyer is liable for the shipping costs, we recommend using reputable shipping partners, ideally using a service that features tracking capabilities
UFA Marketplace is not liable for any loss or damage during the returns process, the seller is solely responsible for the return and refund process.
Refunds can only be processes once the items are received by the seller
Refunds can take anywhere from 7-14 working days to arrive on your account
In the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, please contact us; keep in mind that if you’d like to process a return, the seller should be your first point of contact.
UFA Marketplace only offers dispute mediation services when it comes to the returns and refunds, we are not able to process a return or a refund on behalf of the seller.
